Notes from Grow your Glow Grads…..

  • “Fantastic Lauren!!! Thank you so much for this course. Ive learned so much. I’ve been keeping a journal dedicated to this program, and today I wrote a long list of what stuck with me in this course. I think it was great getting in touch with my “pelvic bowl”…I love tuning in and filling it with sunshine. I love the idea of bringing people to me with that visual string, as I stay “home” in my own feminine presence. I loved learning about my projections and my shadows. focusing on my “needy girl” is wonderful. It’s okay for me to RECEIVE!!! I love the guided meditation exercise for being in a receptive body. Writing down what I was afraid of or have been putting off was/is extremely powerful and I got a lot from laying down my foundations. These exercises brought so much clarity to what I actually want and need in my life!!
  • I am so appreciative of this course and so grateful to have been part of it. Thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. It’s truly inspiring!!
  • I really loved the “creating a receptive body” meditation. It felt GOOD!!!I like the list of helpful check in’s also. This class has definitely been part of my Nourishment process. I’m so grateful to have been able to take this. I feel like i have much more direction now.I ‘m much less scattered and my dreams seem much more attainable!!!
  • I’m feeling the need to balance my “left ovary self” with more doing, for sure…i need to reach out and start making things happen. Taking these classes has been a first step and i feel good about that. Writing down some lists stating what I want to do sounds like a good motivational tool. The idea of balancing my inner and outer being makes sense. just having this information seems to create a spark.
  • I love being told that it’s okay for me to say no and honor myself also, by removing all obstacles, situations, people, etc that distract me from my true desires!!

  • I just watched the video for today. Since I’m also doing the “art of feminine presence” class in conjunction with the “grow your glow”, I actually had the opportunity to practice the 50/50 body and energy balance with a few other individuals today. It was definitely insightful and i really enjoyed getting in touch with how my body might move as dead weight in comparison to having just an energetic body. then, creating and finding the balance felt really good. that’s where it’s really at!! I’m grateful for this awareness!! :) -

  • Being in expanded presence feels so much better and joyous than being in a contracted space. I could feel my mood shift drastically as we did the exercise for today. When I started walking around, with my focus on my “home”, I did find it more difficult to keep my energy as expansive as when I was simply standing still.
  • The Joy Meter description/visual really hits home. I could actually feel my womb/lower abdomen clench and retract when thinking of something I didn’t like pressed up against my body. And when something I liked was pressed against me, I felt tingly like butterflies were fluttering against my skin and inside my body and I felt like warmth was moving up through my body to my heart.

  • It feels good to recognize my need to know it’s okay to receive!!! this is something that i think resonates in many areas of my life actually. i need to know it’s okay for me to receive on so many levels. relationship, money, happiness, business affairs, etc.

On the Feminine Presence Meditation and Morning Practices:

  • The movement part feels great! I feel the tensions being rocked away, I also felt an adjustment in my lower spine. Its hard to soften my shoulders right now, they are so tense. I did the meditation this morning.

  • My morning practice was awesome today!! I woke up feeling SO refreshed. WOW! I started out by writing down my dreams (which woke me up even more!) then I did some journaling. With my clear space, I then did today’s lesson, did my meditation, and then i couldn’t stop dancing. It was AMAZING!!! I feel great and can’t wait to take on the day.

  • It felt good, although I think I did it a bit too fast, will do slower tomorrow with more feeling. I was surprised that I felt like I really was in my body. I want to do it again!

  • Interesting to note: i got my period a couple of days ago. usually i have horrible, debilitating cramps…..this month i felt much better!! i think clearing my pelvic bowl was magic. :) i keep filling it with the energy of the sun. it’s wonderful!!! I LOVE IT!!
